What we build

A simple website for your holiday rental in Greece.

For owners of villas, guesthouses and small hotels who want guests to find them, see the place properly and get in touch directly.

Languages

A fast site in English and Greek

Loads quickly on a phone, which is where most guests will look. German or Spanish can be added, quoted separately.

Photos first

Pages for the house and each room

Large photos, a clear list of what is included, and the details guests ask about: beds, bathrooms, kitchen, pets, parking.

Enquiries

An enquiry form and WhatsApp, straight to you

Guests send dates, group size and a question by form, or tap WhatsApp to chat. It reaches you directly, with no middle step.

Your booking tool

A link to the tool you already use

If you take bookings through a booking tool or calendar today, we link to it or embed it on the site. We do not replace it.

Location

A location and how-to-get-there page

A map, the nearest airport or port, the road in, and what is nearby. The page guests read before they decide to ask.

Add-on

Google Business Profile setup

We set it up with you so your place shows on Google Maps and in search. You verify it, because Google asks the owner to confirm. Quoted as an add-on.

What it does
  • Shows your place clearly, with your own photos and words
  • Lets guests ask a question or send dates in a minute
  • Sends them on to your existing booking tool when they are ready
What we do not build
  • An online booking engine with live availability and payment
  • A channel manager or calendar sync between listing sites
  • Your existing booking tool stays exactly as it is
Why a site of your own

Listing sites help guests find you. Your site answers their questions.

You keep using the platforms that work for you. The website is the place that is entirely yours.

Guests can ask before they book

Late arrival, a ferry timetable, a baby cot, a dog. A direct message is the easiest way to settle the details.

Your place, in your words

Your photos, your layout and your house rules, set out the way you would explain them to a guest at the door.

One link to share

Put it on your Google profile, social media, printed cards and email signature, so past guests and friends can find you again.

Concept

What the site could look like, page by page.

A layout concept for a fictional guesthouse. It is not a client and not a real property, and it uses no photos. It shows the structure we would build.

Page 1 · HomeConcept · not a client

First screen

  • One large photo of the building or the view
  • The name, the place and one line: what stay it is
  • Two buttons: Enquire, and WhatsApp
  • A short row of what is included
Page 2 · The roomsConcept · not a client

One block per room

  • Photo gallery for each room
  • Beds, bathroom, view, size
  • What is included, in plain words
  • An Enquire button that names the room
Page 3 · LocationConcept · not a client

Getting here

  • A map and the address
  • From the airport or port, by car and by public transport
  • Beaches, tavernas and sights nearby
  • Check-in and arrival notes

The enquiry flow

  • Dates, number of guests, one free-text question
  • The message goes straight to the owner
  • A confirmation that says when to expect a reply
  • A link to the owner's booking tool, if there is one

FAQ

Questions from owners.

Something else on your mind? Ask us. George replies personally.

Can you build the site in the off-season?

Yes, and it is a good time to do it. We can build in the off-season so you launch before bookings start, while you have time to choose photos and check the details.

Which languages can the site be in?

English and Greek come together in the standard price. German or Spanish can be added, quoted separately.

What photos do I need?

Clear photos of the building, each room, the view and the surroundings, ideally taken in daylight. We prepare them for fast loading. Professional photography is not included; good phone photos are a fair start if the light is right.

Who owns the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and we help with the setup.

Can guests book and pay on the site?

Not directly. The site has an enquiry form and WhatsApp, and a link or embed to the booking tool you already use. We do not build a booking engine or channel manager.

Where do the enquiries go?

The enquiry form sends each message to your email. The WhatsApp button opens a chat with your number. We do not keep or pass on your guests' details.

How do payments work?

50% when you approve the written quote and 50% at launch, once you are happy. You pay by bank transfer or Revolut. VAT, where applicable, is shown on your written quote.
